Lent does not exist in true Christianity. It is not found in the Bible and therefore is not a part of Christianity. There are a number of denominational groups who follow Lent but the Non-Denominational groups who follow the BIBLE Strictly in it%26#039;s writings do NOT follow it at all. Lent is Catholic, and may be practiced by some off-shoot catholic religions, but it is definitely NOT Christian. It is not Biblical at all, but then neither is what they call %26quot;easter%26quot;. The true Christian celebrates the Passover.
