Ok well from my perspective R%26amp;B is about love...and that%26#039;s what I%26#039;ve been thinking... but I was writing today and realized that that%26#039;s not just what R%26amp;B so please share with me what R%26amp;B means to you.

The letters say it all - R%26amp;B used to be about Rhythm and Blues but I also think that it%26#039;s about love as well. I also agree with Bluegirl87, I%26#039;m 20 yrs old too and I don%26#039;t listen to the radio anymore except to listen to the Oldies. I think R%26amp;B today is so sad because all they seem to talk about is stealing another man%26#039;s woman or trying to woo a woman to give them some. It%26#039;s not like in the seventies or eighties when they talked about loving the woman for who she is.

R%26amp;B is crap now... it isn%26#039;t even about love anymore like the Luther Vandross days. Its about freakin lust! I hate it now and I don%26#039;t even listen to the radio anymore. And I%26#039;m 20 years old. So sue me already!|||back then r%26amp;b really was rhythm and blues. today%26#039;s r%26amp;b is now what i call %26quot;rhythm and booty.%26quot; there%26#039;s no soul. i%26#039;m 21 and i really appreciate older r%26amp;b.|||todays r%26amp;b sucks . I%26#039;m totally old schoolbecause todays music is all about lust-even the rap music sucks. There%26#039;s no substance to it.
